The Digital Consulting Division, National Digital Department (JDN), has organised the Public Sector Big Data and Artificial Intelligence (AI) Bootcamp 2026 from 28 to 30 April 2026 at the National Institute of Land and Survey (INSTUN), Tanjong Malim, Perak Darul Ridzuan.
The opening and closing sessions of the bootcamp were officiated by YBrs. Tuan Haji Mohd Zamri bin Selamat, Ketua Perunding ICT (Strategis). In conjunction with the programme, he also paid a courtesy visit to YBrs. Tuan Khairin Nazry bin Karim, Director of INSTUN, to express JDN’s appreciation for INSTUN’s strategic cooperation and provision of facilities for the programme.
JDN also extends its highest appreciation to its strategic partners, the Cloud Service Providers (CSP) under the Cloud Framework Agreement (CFA), AWS, Google, Microsoft and TM as well as their strategic partners Kometsoft, Awantec and Enfrasys, for their commitment and technical expertise shared throughout the programme.
Our sincere appreciation is also extended to the 22 participants from 20 public sector agencies who demonstrated strong dedication throughout the bootcamp. The participants were carefully selected based on the evaluation of data and AI related use cases submitted to JDN at the initial stage.
Through the implementation of this bootcamp, JDN hopes that participants will be able to apply the proposed solutions and strategic knowledge gained to address the use cases within their respective agencies. It is hoped that this exposure will further strengthen participants’ confidence in driving the development of AI use cases in their agencies in a comprehensive and forward-looking manner.
